Kerala to open Tamil, Kannada learning centres
Kerala Government has decided to open two Learning centres of Tamil and Kannada as per the demand from the Linguistic Minority Committee. It was announced in a state-level meeting of the Linguistic Minority Committee chaired by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, an official press release said. The meeting discussed about various problems confronting educational institutions in the linguistic minority sector and also regarding the sanctioning of new courses. The new centres would be set-up in Kasaragod and Munnar, the release added.
